We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unworn sports equipment and apparel. Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Planet X account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
